July 16, 2026: Discussions with government representatives continued, including personnel from the FDA, HHS, and the White House. Taylor Farms then chose to issue a voluntary recall covering every iceberg lettuce product sourced from and processed at its central Mexico facility, rather than limiting the action to the lots identified by the FDA.
