All IDEAS members are invited to attend the fourth Annual General Meeting. 

DATE:               Tuesday July 3^rd, 2007

TIME:                17:45 to approximately 19:30

                        Light refreshments will be served

VENUE:            Carleton University,

Canada

The room number will be announced at a later stage.                   

Those members who are able to attend are requested to inform Khadija Khan, IDEAS Secretary, by email in advance of the conference  ( ).   Institutional members should indicate the name of the individual who will represent their organisation.

You must be a paid-up member in order to attend and participate in the meeting.  New members may pay their annual subscriptions and join IDEAS at any time prior to the meeting.

Attendance at the AGM will be at members’ own expense.

All members are invited to submit items for the agenda to the Secretariat.  

Documentation pertaining to the AGM and directions to the meeting venue will be made available to  members on the IDEAS website by June 15^th 2007.
