A message to members from the President of IDEAS

Further to my message sent to you all last week, I wish to advise you that in spite of efforts made by both associations it has not been possible to maintain our intent of a joint  IDEAS-RELAC Conference. IDEAS needs to secure sufficient funding to offer bursaries to its members and we shall keep you updated on the new development regarding our Biennial Conference. RELAC will hold its regional meeting in July. We also wish to extend to RELAC our best wishes for success and reiterate our commitment to ongoing dialogue.

The Board deeply regrets these changes of plans and the disappointment caused by these circumstances.
